• Appointments must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in shortened service or rescheduling.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• All services are provided with care and professionalism. Results may vary depending on skin type, hair growth, and individual conditions.
• Clients must inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, medical conditions, or recent treatments before receiving services.
• Sister’s Eyebrows LLC is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
• Payments are due at the time of service. All sales are final and non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, hygiene, or inappropriate behavior.
