• All services are final and non-refundable once they have been performed.
• If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the appointment so concerns can be addressed immediately.
• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference or desired results.
• Deposits, if required, are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled service.
• Missed appointments and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
• In rare cases, adjustments may be offered at the discretion of Sister’s Eyebrows LLC.
